My most memorable Behrend experience...

would definitely have to be halloween practices with my throwing team!! Each halloween we all decide on a group costume and show up to practice dressed up. We always have such a fun time throwing pumpkins and then afterwards we go to Chipotle for a team dinner!

I chose Penn State Behrend...

for a couple different reasons. I had the opportunity to visit the campus multiple times before I committed and loved how the whole schools is surrounded by such beautiful nature. I also chose Behrend because of the smaller class sizes and to have the chance to continue my athletic career as a thrower on the track team!

My favorite location on campus is...

probably Burke. A lot of my classes are in Burke so I'm in there a lot but there are a lot of great places to study. Plus, if you ever need a snack break, Clarke Cafe is right there :)

Advice I would give to incoming students is...

put yourself out there. Every freshman is in the same shoes as you. I have made some of my best friends by talking to the random kids next to me in class on the first day of school!
