I chose Penn State Behrend because I wanted to live close to home but have the Penn State experience. Penn State runs in my family--my mom was a graduate of University Park--and I definitely wanted to continue the tradition. I fell in love with the campus the second I visited!
My most memorable experience at Behrend is definitely being on the 2022 Fall Concert Committee and getting to meet Yung Gravy and his DJ Tiiiiiiiiiip!
If I could give any piece of advice to incoming students, it would be to get involved as soon as possible. Don't wait for opportunity to find you; go seek opportunity yourself! Everyone is just as nervous as you are.
My favorite location on campus is Lilley Library--but more specifically, the desks on the third floor. It is the perfect place to sit and grind out some work.
