Advice I would give to incoming students is...

The transition from high-school to college is not an easy one no matter how well you were prepared. My advice is to just come as you are because you have people here who are more than willing to catch you when you're about to fall. It is not easy but stay confident in your purpose and goals. Try your best to make friends, go to those gatherings and events, you might just find that friend who's as weird as you, loud as you or even quiet as you that shares similar interests!! Don't be afraid to ask for help when facing uncertainty, Behrend has the resources to make sure everyone is on the right track. There is a lot to give you advice on because you learn something new everyday, I know I still am!

My favorite location on campus is...

The library during the warm weather season because I love how the sun shines through the big glass windows. Another great spot, for those of you who love sunsets; the very top floor of the student parking garage is the spot to go, you can see various beautiful sunsets there! Another one of my favorite locations on campus would be Junker center, specifically the big room with the mirrors, I love going there with my friends to listen to music on the big speakers and just dancing.

My most memorable Behrend experience...

I would say, the welcome week gathering and events. Being around my friends and meeting new people despite the awkwardness!!

I chose Penn State Behrend...

Because of the familiarity of some awesome staff members and the experience of spending most of my summers on campus. I also wanted to keep close to my family, I knew it would be easier to have a lot more support if I stayed closer to home then being farther away.

I'm passionate about...

singing and dancing but just for fun Cooking Being with my family k-drama

I'm involved with...
